Shen & Hun in Chinese Medicine (Audio Lecture) *FREE
The Shen (of the Heart) and the Hun (of the Liver) are fundamental components of
our mental, emotional and spiritual life. The nature and functions of the Hun and its relationship with the Shen are essential to understanding the pathology (and treat-
ment) of many mental-emotional disharmonies in Chinese medicine.
Giovanni has researched this subject in depth for the past 10 years by referring to ancient Chinese texts, the view of emotions in Western psychology and the influence
of the Confucian philosophy on the Chinese medicine view of mental-emotional
disharmonies.
