What is anxiety?

• Anxiety can be defined as feeling of worry: nervousness or agitation, often about something that is going to happen.
• Anxiety can also be defined as something that worries somebody: a subject or concern that causes worry.
• Anxiety is the feeling of worry, nervousness or agitation often about something that is going to happen.
• Anxiety can also be defined as extreme apprehension, a state of intense apprehension or fear of real or imagined danger, manifested physiologically as increased heart rate, sweating, trembling, weakness, and stomach or intestinal discomfort.

What is anxiety management?
Is a short term symptomatic relive of excessive anxiety.

How can I manage anxiety?

Anxiety can be managed using :
• Alprazolam (Xanax) management
• Benzodiazepine

Alprazolam is more preferable to other Benzodiazepine for the treatment of anxiety disorders. Alprazolam is also recommended drug for Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and is for the management of panic disorders with or without agoraphobia( fear of open space).
How will I know that I am suffering from anxiety :
• Racing thought
• Inability to concentrates and focus
• Living in future and predicting the worse
• Worrying about what people think of you
• Paying so much focus on how people see you
• Paying attention to negative invents
• Accelerated heartbeat
• High blood pressure
• Dizziness
• Tiredness
• Sweating
• Muscle tension

Anxiety treatment :

• Herbal remedies : Always make sure you take a cup of tea out of vervain, rosemary, or ginseng ( a forked aromatic root used in traditional Chinese medicine. Is now widely used as a tonic , and is credited with simulative and restorative powers ) , three times daily for three weeks when you are suffering from panic attack. To ease your tension and to get good sleep try chamomile cava, lime flower, valerian and hops.
• Diet: you should eat plenty of foods rich in :

o Vitamin B: A group of water soluble vitamins found in yeast, seed germs, eggs, live

r and vegetables. It is also called vitamin B complex.
o Vitamin E: A pale yellow viscous fluid occurring in vegetable oils, butter, eggs, and cereal grains that is important for fertility in humans and as an antioxidant.
o Calcium: A soft silver – white element that is an alkaline earth metal constituting about three percent of the earth’s crust.
o Magnesium: A light silver – white metallic element that occurs naturally in compounds.

You have to reduce your amount of sugar intake and avoid alcohol and caffeine .All this can be substituted with herbal tea or fruit juice.
Every person has a personal threshold for what he or she can handle in a given situation. Some people have a lower threshold due to their genetic makeup or past experiences. If pushed past this threshold by events, these people feel stressed, even overwhelmed, and can easily have anxiety attacks.
In case your condition worsens, you can go for psychotherapy and cranial osteopathy or can consult your physician to get a proper treatment for anxiety.
