I am having Magrain headache for the past 20 years, Pl tell me which medicine I should take to cure magrine?

I get them all the time. The cause of mine is usually too many MSGs Monosodium Glutamates. Mostly in spices and flavored foods. It could also be a nerve thing in your neck or spine. I ususally take an Excedrin Migraine and sleep it off. Put a warm wash cloth behind the back of your neck and take a nap. I am usually up in 4 hours and feel fine. I get dizzy and lightheaded and feel like I am going to vomit a couple of days afterwards. I hope this helps.
